ShipShape Event Venue offers a flexible 2,400 sq ft indoor event space along with a large outdoor event area, allowing us to host everything from small gatherings to larger celebrations.

Our standard rental includes tables and seating for up to 60 guests, which works well for showers, parties, and meetings.

For larger events, the space can be configured to accommodate additional guests based on the event type, layout, and rental upgrades.

Capacity varies by layout (seated, cocktail-style, or open floor) and is influenced by dance floors, buffet tables, entertainment, and rentals.

Outdoor events allow for significantly higher capacity with proper planning and setup.

The base rental includes up to 4 hours of event time with full access to both the indoor and outdoor event spaces.

Your rental also includes use of 10 six-foot tables and seating for up to 60 guests, access to a private restroom, and use of the stage area.

Additional tables, chairs, linens, equipment, and upgrades are available for rent to customize your event.

The base rental covers up to 4 hours.

If you need more time, additional hours can be added for $100 per hour, subject to availability.

Monday–Friday: 2:00pm – 8:00pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am – 8:00pm

Yes - setup and cleanup time must be included within your reserved rental window. Please plan accordingly when selecting your rental length.

Leave yourself time for cleaning up and breaking down tables and chairs after their event.

Renters are responsible for basic cleanup after their event, including clearing tables, breaking down chairs, and removing personal items.

The space should be returned to the condition it was in at the start of your rental.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.

Yes. Tours are available by appointment, and we’re happy to walk you through the space so you can plan with confidence.
